About The Position

Navitor, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Center Representative to join their team in North Mankato, MN! In this position, you will be responsible for working with customers and sales representatives by taking incoming emails/calls, making outbound calls, and providing consultative support by cross-selling our products and working with customer websites. To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• High school education or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of printing process and pricing
• Strong computer experience with a preference in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Work as the first point of contact to resolve high-profile customer issues
• Monitor high priority customer orders
• Support and consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions
• Provide customer assistance primarily via email and some phone calls
• Assist customers with their orders to include pricing and order status
