The Assistant Terminal Manager (ATM) position is expected to train for 6 months and be willing to relocate as a Terminal Manager within one of our network locations. This role involves promoting safe operations, providing on-call support, scheduling staff, monitoring dispatch functions, managing staff and drivers, overseeing inventory, assigning equipment, communicating with customers, managing the Customer Care Program, investigating claims, and working with the Terminal Manager on budgetary goals and driver/truck ratios. The role also includes training new dispatchers and ensuring proper communication during shift changes.
