About The Position
Join Our Team as a Dealership Customer Service & Cashier Associate! Are you a people person with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a welcoming and organized Customer Service & Cashier Associate to be the heartbeat of our dealership's front sales floor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of processing customer cash and paper transactions
- Thorough knowledge of telephone, cash register features, credit / debit card processes
- Skilled in handling sensitive inquiries or complaints and resolving customer problems
Responsibilities
- Provides and ensures exceptional customer service
- Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership
- Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person
- Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Office Manager
- Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions
- Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification
