About The Position

Super Clean Carwash is seeking an entry-level, part-time Customer Service Carwash associate. This role requires an upbeat and friendly demeanor, the ability to move quickly, and a strong focus on sales to build customer loyalty and ensure high customer satisfaction. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe facility. As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a behavioral assessment.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high energy level.
Understand written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly hello.
Building customer loyalty through excellent service.
Up-selling and meeting customer needs.
Ending customer transactions with a polite closing.
Responding to emergency situations and performing required duties as indicated in safety manuals.
Cleaning facility and equipment, including restrooms, pump islands, car wash areas, and convenience store equipment.
Collecting payments (cash or debit) and encouraging additional purchases through up-selling.
Interacting positively with the public and resolving basic customer service issues.
Communicating effectively and positively, both face-to-face and via phone.
Preparing fast food for sale, including cooking and attractive presentation.
Adhering to company standards for sanitation, refrigeration, and cooking.
Being responsible for cash, merchandising, and equipment during assigned shifts.
Instructing customers on how to use self-serve equipment.
Preparing reports to account for funds and products sold.
Taking inventory, counting money, and balancing reports.
Operating and maintaining facility equipment safely.
Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Maintaining time records.
Maintaining assigned 'PRIDE' areas.
