About The Position

Automotive Customer Service Call Center Representative Ted Britt Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our Customer Care team. This role supports customers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering a positive dealership experience.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication skills over the phone and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Computer scheduling
  • Reliable, punctual and team oriented
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate phones, headsets, and computer systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly by phone and electronically.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and schedule appointments accurately.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments, recall notifications and customer service follow ups.
  • Always provide a positive and helpful experience to every customer.
  • Route calls to correct departments when needed.
