About The Position
The OTIP Group of Companies (OGC) is seeking a licensed Insurance Broker to join their team. In this role, you will assist members with their automobile and property insurance policies, providing expert guidance, assessing risk, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and positive interactions. You will answer coverage inquiries, process policy changes, handle concerns, build trust by providing insights into insurance products, apply underwriting standards, assess risk, and maintain accurate records. This is a service-driven role focused on expertise, problem-solving, and member satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in personal lines working with automobile and property insurance policies
- An AIC license is required
- Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle customer issues in a pleasant and positive manner
- Superior time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications

- Experience using Epic and Insurance company portals
- Bilingualism (French / English)
