About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant at our Cyber Express Detail Center. This position is key to providing a positive experience for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of daily services. As a Customer Service Attendant, you'll greet customers, assist with selecting services, process payments, and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. You’ll be our valued customers' first point of contact and help create an efficient and enjoyable environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume situations
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., sweeping, cleaning)

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate car wash packages and services
Process transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility, including lobby, restroom, and exterior areas
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a positive attitude
Monitor the car wash line and assist with directing customers to appropriate bays or stations
Perform routine checks of car wash equipment to ensure it’s functioning properly
Promote membership programs and special offers to customers
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficient service delivery
