Candidates should anticipate a fast-paced, productive environment. As a Customer Service Representative for our company, you will answer calls from customers wanting to place an order from our e-commerce website, answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns. You will record customer information within our customer service database, engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while assisting them with their online orders, and offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Requirements
- A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support
- The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our e-commerce website
- Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
