About The Position

People Architects is excited to partner with a highly respected, design-driven company to hire a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will combine problem solving, product knowledge, and technical support to help customers make informed decisions. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems in a fast-paced environment with opportunity for growth, this could be a great fit. This is more than a typical customer service role and offers the opportunity to build strong product knowledge and problem solving skills. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for quoting and order accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or product-based environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with Mac systems and customer support platforms such as Freshdesk preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Freshdesk
  • Assist with common questions including product information, order status, mis-shipments, delays, and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs and specifications
  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, operations, factory teams) to resolve issues and fulfill customer requests
  • Coordinate and track remake orders when needed
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Support internal administrative tasks related to customer service as assigned
