Requirements

3-5 years of previous Customer Service or Office experience, preferably within a manufacturing facility.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Strong computer and typing skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with no sensitivity to food products or strong spice aromas.
Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in contracts, labeling, and lot number tracking.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must speak English fluently; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

experience with ERP software and inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the dedicated owner for assigned accounts, responding to all inquiries via email and phone in a professional, timely manner.
Accurately enter customer orders, transaction details, and contact information into the ERP system.
Schedule truck shipments, coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, and verify that all shipping details match the sales order before finalizing.
Generate and verify pallet tags, bills of lading, and packing slips. Ensure Certificates of Analysis (COA) are sent to customers with correct lot information.
Assist the Director of Sales with preparing for customer visits, conducting annual volume reviews, and executing other sales-related initiatives.
Coordinate with production to identify manufacturing needs and track inventory levels to determine product availability.
Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints or logistics issues, troubleshooting through internal resources before escalation.
