About The Position
Belstra Milling Company is a world-class feed manufacturing facility. Belstra is searching for a self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented individual to work closely with our customers to help overcome and resolve any product and service questions or concerns customers may have in the best way possible. This individual will also be responsible for entering feed orders, printing and cutting feed tags, communicating with both fulfillment and production about orders as well as contacting customers about order updates and delays when needed. Belstra Milling is committed to producing the highest quality, most nutritious feeds. As a proud certified Safe Feed/Safe Food facility, our manufacturing and quality assurance processes and standards exceed current industry regulations. This individual must comply with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Receiving customer orders through various communication platforms
- Promptly respond to phone calls and emails regarding feed orders, feed questions, potential new customers, delivery quotes, etc.
- Address any customer inconveniences
- Correctly enter orders into a company-specific feed manufacturing program such as Feed Mill Manager and organize the delivery board to assist BMC Transport
- Maintaining accuracy and honesty in job functions
- Leads team in handling complex customer issues
- Provide support to customer service team
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Contact customers with any feed issues or delays
- Provide freight quotes through multiple shipping platforms
- Work with outside logistics companies to schedule customers shipments such as UPS, LTLs, FTLs
