About The Position

As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, feedback, and requests, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships. The essential job duties and responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and in person, processing customer contracts, handling transactions, and processing credit applications. You will also be responsible for providing product or service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences, updating customer information in the company's database, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, even in difficult situations. You may also be asked to perform other duties as assigned, depending on the needs of the company.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to empathize
