About The Position

Customer Service Associates provide prompt and reliable service to guests while maintaining the store to management’s needs. The role requires teamwork, good communication skills, and adaptability. Associates complete customer transactions, handle age-restricted products in compliance with requirements, prepare food and beverages safely, maintain cleanliness and organization inside and outside the store, follow company policies for deliveries and safety, and complete timekeeping and daily recordkeeping.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must successfully complete company training.
0–6 months of work experience.
Strong commitment to teamwork, good communication skills, and adaptability.
Ability to traverse all parts of the location quickly.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods on a hard-surfaced floor.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the store to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service to each guest.
Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually entering prices, finalizing sales, and collecting payment.
Ensure compliance with requirements for age-restricted products such as tobacco, alcohol, and lottery.
Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food-handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom.
Maintain cleanliness outside the store.
Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to company safety methods.
Properly record time worked.
Complete daily paperwork and recordkeeping.
