Formsprag Clutch is looking for a full-time customer-oriented service representative to aid in the entering and quoting for Industrial customer needs. Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • A minimum of two years’ proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Experience with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Manages incoming inquiries for Industrial customer orders in (Sales Force)
  • Provides quotes for new inquiries from price lists and logs in order tracking software (Sales Force)
  • Enters customers’ orders into company MRP platform (SAP)as well as maintains internal database or records
  • Assists in the implementation of Industrial customer rebuild and return orders by providing RMA’s
  • Effectively and courteously communicates with customers and sales representatives.
