About The Position

Holiday Barn Pet Resorts is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate for their Midlothian location. This role is the face of the pet boarding, daycare, and training facility, responsible for ensuring positive relationships with pets and their owners. The associate will assist customers in selecting services, playtime activities, grooming, and scheduling boarding stays. This is a high-volume pet resort where associates interact with owners daily, handle arrival and departure procedures, and provide friendly, professional customer service. The role requires multitasking and managing a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Associates are an integral part of the "pack" and uphold the company's values and brand experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to take care of all arrival and departure procedures for our guests.
  • Ability to meet and greet our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to work with customers during pick-up and drop-off.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced environment with ease.
  • Ability to lift and push up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stretch.
  • Ability to move pets within the facility, vehicles, up and down stairs, and in and out of enclosures.
  • Ability to use Microsoft 365.
  • Strong communication skills.
