About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for providing information on products and services and schedules golf car service. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must remain professional, responsive, and cooperative always and consistently produce quality work while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the main telephone line.
  • Receive customer inquiries, provide requested information, or route calls to proper personnel.
  • Schedule service orders, enter and track orders into the system daily.
  • Facilitate customer requests by providing outstanding, friendly service efficiently and timely.
  • Investigate customer warranty details and questions and communicate effectively with the customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist walk-in customers with parts and answer questions as needed.
  • Assist customers with returns and replacement parts as requested.
  • All other duties as assigned.
