About The Position

This role involves providing customer service through various channels including phone calls and in-person interactions. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, collecting payments, making policy changes, assisting with claims paperwork, and providing proof of insurance documents. The position also requires the ability to commute between multiple office locations within Benton County, Jasper County, Lake County, Newton County, Pulaski County, and White County as needed, and performing any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
• Handles any walk-in customers.
• Collects payments.
• Makes policy changes.
• Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
• Ability to commute between offices in Benton County, Jasper County, Lake County, Newton County, Pulaski County, and White County as needed.
• Any additional duties assigned by management.
