About The Position

Inquiries about this position should not be sent to our customer support staff. Looking for an excellent communicator to join our Customer Success team who has a temperament and heart for helping people. Applicant should have a strong grasp of basic web functionality including but not limited to web browsers on desktop and mobile, mobile apps, and operating systems. Be able to handle a broad range of questions such as but not limited to: Basic technical issues, Basic feature questions, Understanding the process of online dating, General questions related to rules of the site, Technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Applicant should have a strong grasp of basic web functionality including but not limited to web browsers on desktop and mobile, mobile apps, and operating systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • 2+ years of technical experience preferred
  • Experience with Zendesk or other online ticketing system preferred

Responsibilities
