About The Position
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving customers. CSAs are part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter. The role involves customer service, food preparation, operating the cash register, maintaining store stock, and keeping the store clean and safe.
Requirements
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items, including breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register and handle payments.
- Activate fuel and gift cards and assist with lottery transactions and ID verification for age-restricted products.
- Keep the store well-stocked and shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
- Help maintain a clean and safe store by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complete housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
