About The Position
This position is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale. The role involves providing a positive customer experience, stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The associate will promote and adhere to the Goodwill-Easter Seals mission and values. A typical day involves creating a high level of customer service, following policies and procedures, executing directives, and providing a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals. The role also contributes to a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
Requirements
