About The Position

Join our team at the Madison Airport and play a key role in keeping our rental operation running efficiently! As a Rental Lot Associate, you’ll work outdoors across our airport rental lots to ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll use a handheld mobile device to update vehicle status, assist customers during pickup and return, and help coordinate vehicle movement to support a fast-paced operation.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the lot for extended periods
• Ability to enter/exit and drive multiple vehicle types
• Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license for at least two years with good driving record.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)

Responsibilities

• Track and record vehicle status using a mobile handheld device.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition; enter information into our system accurately.
• Review vehicles for body damage, mileage, and fuel level.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, available, and positioned correctly for rental.
• Drive and reposition a variety of vehicles as needed.
