About The Position

The Customer Service Associate provides prompt and reliable service to each guest. The role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, good communication skills, and adaptability to change. Associates maintain the store to management’s standards while serving customers, processing transactions, handling age-restricted products, preparing food and beverages safely, and completing other store and record-keeping duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must successfully complete company training.
0–6 months of work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the store to management’s standards while providing excellent customer service.
Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually entering prices, finalizing sales, and collecting payment.
Ensure compliance with requirements for age-restricted products, including tobacco, alcohol, and lottery products.
Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food-handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom.
Maintain cleanliness outside the store.
Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by following company safety methods.
Properly record time worked.
Complete daily paperwork and record-keeping.
