What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who walks through the door. From greeting guests and assisting with purchases to stocking shelves and creating eye-catching displays, no two shifts are exactly the same. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Shifts for this role may vary between mornings and afternoons, making it a great fit for someone who values variety in their schedule and enjoys helping customers throughout the busiest parts of the day. In this role you’ll: Provide friendly and helpful customer service Assist customers with purchases and transactions Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays Handle cash, credit card, lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales responsibly Work closely with teammates to keep the store running smoothly Adapt to changing business needs and help where needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Dependable and comfortable working overnight or third-shift hours
