Customer Service Associate
About The Position
Steinhafels is now recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at our Waukesha location. This position would include an average of 2 - 4 shifts per month working from our Waukesha store office. When not working in our beautiful store, you would work from your Southeastern Wisconsin home. Requirements
- Must be computer literate
- dependable
- have exceptional communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a customer related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in-person and over the phone to inform them of actions taking place regarding their order (part ordered, exchange, delivery, etc...)
- Troubleshooting and working to resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely manner
