As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at Wawa, you will be the friendly face responsible for greeting and serving customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and courteously. This role involves preparing various food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, as well as maintaining a clean and organized coffee station. You will operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Additionally, CSAs are tasked with ensuring stores are well-stocked, shelves are fresh, full, and inviting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes completing store housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
