As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, feedback, and requests, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships. The essential job duties and responsibilities include providing accurate and helpful information, addressing customer concerns, processing contracts and transactions, updating customer information, and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person. You must maintain a positive and professional demeanor, be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, and fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
