About The Position

Trinity Surfaces is hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our Customer Experience team. This role focuses on order entry, customer communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and ability to build positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Degree preferred
  • ERP experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and quotes in Prophet 21 (P21) with accuracy
  • Track open orders and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate order status, updates, and timelines with customers and Sales Support
  • Handle sample requests, claims, and returns
  • Manage daily priorities and meet turnaround expectations
  • Monitor inventory availability and escalate issues when needed
