Customer Service Associate Part Time Overnight
About The Position
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and prefers later-day or overnight schedules. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who walks through the door. From greeting guests and assisting with purchases to stocking shelves and creating eye-catching displays, no two shifts are exactly the same. Most shifts for this role will take place overnight/third shift, making it a great fit for night owls or those looking for a quieter, fast-paced work environment outside of traditional daytime hours.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Dependable and comfortable working overnight or third-shift hours
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Assist customers with purchases and transactions
- Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays
- Handle cash, credit card, lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales responsibly
- Work closely with teammates to keep the store running smoothly
- Adapt to changing business needs and help where needed
