About The Position

BLISS Car Wash is seeking energetic, positive team members to provide guests with a welcoming and enjoyable car-wash experience. Associates greet guests, explain and sell wash options and memberships, process payments, and help ensure vehicles are prepared and loaded safely. The role also includes maintaining clean, safe work areas and following company service, appearance, and safety standards. The position works mainly outdoors and sometimes indoors in conditions that may include equipment fumes, cleaning solvents, changing temperatures, noise, and vibration. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with hours and days varying according to business needs. The position reports to the Site Manager. A $300 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of continuous employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in car wash, retail, or guest service industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Educate guests about single washes, upgrades, and membership packages.
• Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships, single-wash packages, and upgrades.
• Process payments.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor.
• Prepare vehicles according to company guidelines.
• Provide excellent service to ensure guests have a positive experience.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas.
• Perform scheduled after-hours site cleaning, including cleaning tunnel equipment, floors, walls and pits, vacuum areas, walkways, and queuing areas.
• Maintain personal appearance and grooming according to the uniform and appearance policy.
• Follow directions, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions consistent with job functions.
• Follow company safety protocols.
• Work as a team player.
