About The Position

Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, has an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Customer Service Associate at our Phoenix, Airport location. We pay weekly! Starting $18 or DOE. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • 2 years' previous customer service or retail experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays, rotates
  • Have a genuine excitement to help customers
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Must pass felony background check
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Meets and greets customers
  • Effectively communicates with our customers.
  • Responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction.
  • Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of showroom.
  • Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited to contact information and related notes.
  • Performs other related tasks as needed.
