About The Position

This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and in person, processing payments, making policy changes, and assisting with claims and insurance documentation. The position is full-time with a Monday-Friday schedule and offers opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
  • Handles any walk-in customers.
  • Collects payments.
  • Makes policy changes.
  • Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
  • Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
  • Any additional duties assigned by management.
