About The Position
Looking for an excellent communicator to join our Customer Success team who has a temperament and heart for helping people. Applicant should have a strong grasp of basic web functionality including but not limited to web browsers on desktop and mobile, mobile apps, and operating systems. Be able to handle a broad range of questions such as but not limited to: Basic technical issues, Basic feature questions, Understanding the process of online dating, General questions related to rules of the site, Technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of basic web functionality including but not limited to web browsers on desktop and mobile, mobile apps, and operating systems.
- High School Diploma Required
Nice To Haves
- Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 2+ years of technical experience preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or other online ticketing system preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle basic technical issues
- Answer basic feature questions
- Explain the process of online dating
- Address general questions related to rules of the site
- Perform technical troubleshooting
