About The Position

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa by greeting and serving customers. You are proud to be part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter. The role includes engaging with customers, preparing food and beverages, operating the cash register, assisting with fuel and gift cards, lottery, and age-restricted product verification, and keeping shelves stocked. Associates also help maintain a clean and safe store by following established policies and completing housekeeping duties. The hourly range is $15.50–$19.25, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare breakfast items, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register and handle payments.
Activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
Keep stores well-stocked and shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
Help keep stores clean and safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Complete store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
