About The Position

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving customers. CSAs help meet customer needs quickly and courteously, prepare food and beverages, operate the cash register, keep products stocked, and maintain a clean and safe store. The role includes handling payments, activating fuel and gift cards, assisting with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products, and completing store housekeeping duties. The hourly range is $15.50–$19.25, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register and handle payments.
Activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
Keep stores well-stocked and shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
Help keep stores clean and safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Complete housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
