About The Position

The Market is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team! The Market is more than a gas station, we're a gourmet Market and a local community favorite. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, energetic, and enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you like staying busy, getting to know your regular customers, and working with a team that has your back, come be part of the Tiger team! This is a full-time position working 30+ hours per week, including weekends.

Requirements

Friendly, positive, and dependable personality.
Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service.
Comfortable handling cash and using computers/POS systems.
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

You don't need years of experience—we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
Previous retail, customer service, food service, or cashier experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, and exceptional customer service.
Welcome customers and create a positive, helpful experience.
Build relationships with regular customers and become a familiar face in the community.
Operate cash registers and POS systems and accurately process customer transactions.
Answer customer questions and assist with products, promotions, and store services.
Keep the store, restrooms, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
Stock and organize merchandise, food, and other products.
Assist with deli and food-service needs as needed.
Follow cash-handling, safety, and operational procedures
