About The Position

Shamrock Technologies is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support customers throughout the United States and the world. This role serves as an important connection between our customers and internal teams, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, questions are answered promptly, and customers receive outstanding service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in customer service, international business operations, logistics, and manufacturing while working with customers around the world.

Requirements

  • Associate degree is required
  • 0-4 years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience using ERP systems is preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
  • Assist in resolving order, shipping, invoicing, and documentation issues
  • Support customers throughout the United States and the world
  • Learn international shipping and export documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate information within ERP and customer service systems
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
