About The Position

The Customer Service Associate position at Galter Life Center is a part-time role responsible for providing excellent service to members and guests. This role involves greeting individuals, managing facility access, providing information about services, handling transactions, and updating member information. The associate will be a key point of contact for members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at the fitness center.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Prior Customer Service/Desk Operations experience
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Demonstrates a commitment to the mission of Galter Life Center and demonstrates a service orientation and adheres to all responsibilities and standards of the Life Center.
Greet every member and/or guest that enters and exits the facility.
Swipe/Enter each member or guest into the facility and verify that membership information is accurate.
Provide general information about classes, programs, services, special promotions, and answer inquiries via telephone or in person.
Direct inquires/questions to the appropriate person if not familiar or unable to assist.
Be able to conduct a tour of the facility and answer general membership questions.
Complete register sale transactions for products and services and take membership payments.
Update basic member information including: address, email, phone and credit cards in CSI software.
Answers high volume of incoming calls promptly, courteously, and transfers calls to appropriate personnel.
