As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at Wawa, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and courteously. This role involves preparing various food items like breakfast, sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, as well as maintaining the coffee station. You will also operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Additionally, CSAs are responsible for keeping stores well-stocked, fresh, full, and inviting, and ensuring cleanliness and safety by following established policies and procedures, including housekeeping duties like cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
