About The Position
Clayton Digital Reprographics has joined the Duncan-Parnell family of companies. Clayton Digital has an established reputation for large-format printing, reprographics, signage, and document management services in the Savannah, GA and Statesboro, GA markets. Duncan-Parnell is expanding its presence in Savannah with this team, which will result in increased production capacity, enhanced service capabilities, and continued investment in technology and resources. As part of this growth, a Customer Service Associate is needed for the team in Savannah, GA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, maintaining organization, and being part of a collaborative local team. The position offers daily variety, with opportunities to directly support customers while contributing to the growth of Duncan-Parnell’s Savannah operations.
Requirements
- General computer skills
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be dependable and arrive at work on time
- Must have a positive and helpful attitude
- Willingness to learn and attention to detail
- Independent worker with the ability to be resourceful
- Ability to work intentionally without guidance after training
- Capable of prospecting new customers for business
Nice To Haves
- Construction industry knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the front counter.
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain communication with employees in different branches.
- Bill all orders in the ERP system (P21) and perform other daily electronic entries.
- Notify customers when their orders are ready.
- Restock the retail area when stock is low.
- Update item pricing and signage as needed.
- Maintain a clean environment for customers and employees.
- Participate in MS Teams calls when meetings are assigned.
- Handle shipping and receiving of inventory.
- Print orders as assigned.
- Replenish office items when out of stock.
- Perform monthly inventory counts.
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and handle their requests with a positive attitude.
