About The Position

Blarney Castle Oil Co. is the heart of retail C-Store operations in Michigan, family-owned and grown in Michigan since 1933. With over 1,800 team members across the state, their purpose is to build great customer experiences one person at a time. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and building product displays. You will also be stocking shelves, handling cash and credit payments, and safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Flexibility is key as business needs change. This position is primarily scheduled during third shift hours.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand, bend, and reach
• Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Able to communicate clearly
• Able to build connections with peers
