About The Position
Blarney Castle Oil Co. is the heart of retail C-Store operations in Michigan, family-owned and grown in Michigan since 1933. With over 1,800 team members across the state, their purpose is to build great customer experiences one person at a time. As a Customer Service Associate, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and building enticing product displays. You will also have opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, deli support, using basic math skills for handling cash and credit payments, and safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Flexibility is key as business needs change.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand, bend, and reach
- Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Able to communicate clearly
- Able to build connections with peers
