About The Position
Blarney Castle Oil Co. is a family-owned company that has been operating C-Store retail operations in Michigan since 1933. With over 1,800 team members across the state, their purpose is to build great customer experiences. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and building product displays. You will also have opportunities for growth within the company. This role involves stocking shelves, assisting with deli responsibilities, handling cash and credit payments, and safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Flexibility is key as business needs change.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to stand, bend, and reach
- Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Able to communicate clearly
- Able to build connections with peers
- Basic math skills
