Customer Service Associate/ Warranty Representative
About The Position
Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Associate/ Warranty Representative. This role provides retail customer service via phone, email, written correspondence and fax, assists with warranty claims, and participates in a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department. The position also involves cross-training of tasks within the department. Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced. Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
