Monson Savings Bank is seeking a Full-time Float Customer Service Associate/Teller based out of our Monson Branch. This position requires the ability to work a flexible weekly schedule between all five branches, including Saturday shifts. The Float CSA position works a variable schedule, Monday-Saturday, 37.5 hours weekly. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 1:00 PM. Under the general direction of the CSA Supervisor and Branch Management, this role is responsible for performing a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing customer deposits, withdrawals, and payments, the sale of money orders and bank checks, and the performance of related administrative and clerical duties. The role involves understanding and maintaining the Bank's standards for service, customer satisfaction, and relationship building. Additionally, the position is responsible for selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
