As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your role is to create an inviting shopping experience for customers and connect with people every day.
