About The Position

The Customer Service Associate II assists with the daily operations of an assigned store, including merchandising and customer support. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and is cross-trained to operate the cash register and support front-end duties as needed. Responsibilities may include other duties assigned by a supervisor. The position is part-time and located at 7606 Us Highway 70, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133-2046.

Requirements

Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity.
Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely and in accordance with productivity standards.
Merchandise and stock as needed.
Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and keeping areas neat and presentable.
Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional, friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
