About The Position

This position is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale. The role involves providing a positive customer experience, stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The associate will promote and adhere to the Goodwill-Easter Seals mission and values. In a typical day, an Aftermarket Customer Service Associate can expect to create a high level of customer service, ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere. They will follow policies and procedures, execute directives in a timely manner, and provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals. Additionally, they will help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Requirements
