Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Description We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
