About The Position

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after issues have been resolved.
