Requirements

Must reside in the United States
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Fluent Spanish required
English is a plus but not required
Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, administrative, or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Goal-oriented and motivated to grow professionally
CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and virtual meetings
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
